We also offer a service that we believe is unique in the legal profession. It is no secret that some law firms and lawyers
overcharge their clients. Sometimes they sue their clients for unpaid
fees. Sometimes clients sue lawyers to recover excessive fees that
were reluctantly paid. Should clients in litigation with their former
lawyers have to pay a new law firm more fees to represent them under
such circumstances? We at Carney & McKay
do not think this is fair, and we have devised a unique method of representing
such clients, so that it not only does not cost them any additional fees,
but allows them to avoid having to pay excessive fees that are not properly
due.
We will represent you in such litigation on a strictly contingent basis.
We only get paid a portion of what you save. There is no risk on your
part. It is basically a no lose proposition for you. No downside; all
