and John F. Carney. Mr. McKay graduated in 1969 on the Dean’s List
from Columbia Law School. Mr. Carney graduated cum laude from Harvard Law
School in 1964. Together they have nearly 80 years of experience practicing
law in New York, both at big firms and at smaller firms. See the Attorney

In addition, Carney & McKay also offers a very unique service, of which all businesses (and individuals)
should be aware. If a law firm has charged you too much for its services,
we will represent you, at no fee, to defend against or recoup those
excessive fees. These services are performed strictly on a contingent
basis. Our only reward is a percentage of what you save, so that it
costs you nothing for our services. We know of no other law firm that
